COLIVING IN ITALY

Join our exclusive pre-opening phase
in a restored medieval village in the heart of Italy

We are currently in our pre-opening phase

What does "pre-opening" mean?

From August to October 2024 we will welcome a limited number of guests to join us for an incredible experience.

At the end of their staying, we ask our guests for feedback.

Our goal is to refine our coliving and coworking offerings and launch in 2025 with excellence.

Our mission

Live and work harmoniously in Italy's hidden gem villages.

Vallo di Nera:

"one of the most beautiful villages in Italy"

The coliving is located in Vallo di Nera, a medieval village in Umbria, Italy.

Umbria, a small region in the geographical center of Italy, boasts 2,800 years of history and lush green mountains, earning it the nickname "the green heart of Italy".

With just 355 inhabitants, the village is impeccably maintained, offering a relaxing and intimate atmosphere. Perched on a sunny hill, it overlooks the water-rich, fresh, and lush green Valnerina Valley.

Vallo di Nera is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia ("The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy"). It has also been awarded Bandiera Arancione ("Orange flag"), by the Touring Club Italiano, recognizing its excellency in tourism, hospitality and environmental quality.
